David
Akselrod is a musician and guitarist based in Vancouver. He plays the
guitar with a joyful spirit and a tasteful flair. He gives dynamic
performances filled with original, imaginative, and fluid melodies.
He has released three solo albums and his compositions have been
featured in several independent films such as “ Vancouver City
Ransom” and “The Fraser River Project”. David has been
performing in local venues, festivals, Granville Island and has
street performed around Canada. In addition, he has performed and
written as a lead guitarist in several projects such as Oyarzo
Project, Signal & Sound, The Karmacanix, and has collaborated
with visual artists such as Yared Nigussu and Jo-Ann Melman.
In these workshops, we will draw various plants to facilitate our Paths to Healing in these Extraordinary times. This intuitive approach to drawing serves to establish a deep connection to the plant and can help us to relax our mind and body.
Suggested Supplies:
Watercolour paints or markers
Pencil crayons
Container for water
Fine liners
Drawing pencils
Cheesecloth or cloth
Now you are ready to fully embrace your plant relationship journey!
Light and Hope,
Jo-Ann Melman
